Training Officer for the Postgraduate Studies Programme in Intensive Care
The Training Centre is seeking a Training Officer for the Postgraduate Studies Programme in Intensive Care at a 60% activity rate for a permanent contract. The starting date is scheduled for 1 September 2026 or to be agreed.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the five Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
The CHUV Training Centre coordinates all learning at CHUV and offers a wide range of courses to continuously enhance the skills of hospital professionals. These trainings enable everyone to approach their work with confidence and contribute to the excellence of services provided to patients and their relatives.
Nationally recognised by the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI), the Training Centre manages specialised nursing programmes such as the Postgraduate Studies in Intensive Care (EPD SI).
Mission
- You deliver teaching and support the development of professional skills
- You design and update the educational engineering of training programmes
- You contribute to the implementation and pedagogical coordination of training
- You design and implement learning assessment processes
- You are committed to the quality of services provided by the Training Centre
- You have the possibility to maintain a clinical activity alongside your role as Training Officer.
Profile
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or an equivalent qualification
- You have a postgraduate ES training in the programme’s speciality
- You have 5 years of clinical experience in the specific field of the programme or an equivalent area
- You have 2 years of experience in the field of training.
