Your main tasks
- Support and customising of the SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Time Tracking, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Validated Learning as well as EC Payroll
- Ensuring correct integration between SuccessFactors and the surrounding systems: SAP FI/CO (ECP booking interface), SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI iFlows), Swiss+ (Swiss payroll processing) and Jaycloud
- Structured collection, analysis and prioritisation of requirements from the HR department as well as independent implementation of small tasks
- Active exchange and coordination with internal stakeholders from HR and the supported country subsidiaries to collect, clarify and follow up on requirements and concerns
- Coordination and management of external suppliers
- Planning and coordination of acceptance tests (UAT) together with key users from HR
- IT-side sub-project management for SuccessFactors releases, module expansions and migrations
Your profile
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science (HF/FH), HR with IT affinity or comparable qualification
- Solid, proven practical experience in configuration and customising of SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in several modules (Employee Central, Payroll, Learning etc.)
- Experience in requirements analysis and collaboration with HR departments; ability to mediate between HR needs and IT feasibility
- Knowledge of SAP BTP / Integration Suite (CPI) is an advantage
- Experience in managing external partners and implementation service providers
- Experience in a regulated environment (Medtech, Pharma) or basic GxP/CSV knowledge is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
- Strong communication skills, structured and self-reliant. You keep an overview even with complex system dependencies
