Product Manager in Meat and Charcuterie

About the job

Actively shape the meat and charcuterie range. You know the meat market, recognise trends, and have a feel for quality, products, and customer needs. In this role, you actively develop our range and work closely with suppliers, branches, and national specialist departments.

What you will achieve

• Further development of the meat and charcuterie range
• Collaboration with suppliers, branches, logistics, and national specialist offices
• Analysis of market and sales figures and derivation of measures
• Co-responsibility for availability, quality, and margin
• Participation in projects and development of regional added-value ranges
• Creation and implementation of regional and national promotional and advertising plans
• Maintenance and assurance of a correct master data basis

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: as a meat specialist, butcher, cook, or comparable training in the food sector
• Professional experience: 3 years as a marketing specialist, product manager, or comparable further training is an advantage
• You enjoy assortment design, market observation, and product development
• You are an independent, eager-to-learn personality and gladly take on responsibility
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills
• You are confident in digital systems and proficient in using Office 365
• German (B2)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
