In this role as Payroll Specialist 50-60%, you will play a central role within a professional HR environment and ensure reliable payroll processing. Your tasks with the new employer:

• You will independently and punctually carry out the monthly payroll processing and ensure that all entries, exits and payroll-relevant changes are correctly processed in Abacus
• You are responsible for handling social insurance and withholding tax matters and liaise with insurance companies, authorities and other external bodies
• As a competent contact person, you advise employees and managers on payroll-related questions
• You participate in monthly and year-end closing tasks

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed a commercial basic education as well as further training in payroll or social insurance
• Thanks to your several years of professional experience of at least five years in Swiss payroll processing, you bring solid practical knowledge
• You work precisely, in a structured and reliable manner, and keep an overview even with demanding issues
• You communicate confidently in German and have a high digital affinity. Abacus knowledge is a must
