The Centre for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Outpatient (Centre Director Dr med Katrin Hanno) is part of the Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (Clinic Director Prof Dr med Marc Walter). With its five locations (Aarau, Baden, Rheinfelden, Wohlen and Zofingen), it offers local psychiatric care for the population in the canton of Aargau. The centre includes four outpatient clinics with specialist consultations, group therapies and work coaching, as well as four day centres where adult patients are treated. In addition, the centre comprises the two day clinics in Aarau and Baden as well as the "Practice for Your Mental Health" in Zofingen.

Profile

• You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF or as a social pedagogue HF
• Ideally, you have experience in psychiatry as well as in-depth knowledge in the support and treatment of people with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and thus support the intended specialisation
• Ideally, you have additional training in a creative field, for example in plastic arts
• You enjoy working in a diverse environment with patients
• You appreciate working in an interdisciplinary and creative team
• You have a reflective understanding of your role, are a team player and are willing to help develop the new service professionally
• You work independently and respond flexibly to different requirements

Tasks

• You accompany patients in their daily lives and jointly shape the low-threshold social psychiatric treatment with them
• You plan and lead nursing group activities to promote practical everyday skills
• You support patients in a resource-oriented manner in group settings and individual coaching
• You contribute to the needs-based design and implementation of the daily and weekly schedule
• You constructively and reliably participate in interdisciplinary collaboration
• You recognise emergency and crisis situations early, support patients and initiate the necessary measures
• You maintain cooperation with referring agencies, relatives, employers and specialist agencies
• You are responsible for ordering
• You document your services carefully and take on administrative tasks
