The Department of Ageing and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services primarily for older people in the five retirement centres as well as with Spitex. For our new overarching personnel pool with assignments in all five retirement centres of the City of Winterthur, we are looking for the following roles immediately or by arrangement:Qualified Nurse HF/FH or
Health Specialist EFZ Care Specialist EFZ SRK Nursing Assistants and Care Assistants
You decide when and how you want to work. Ideal for balancing work and family life, leisure or studies. Employment is on call and hourly wage basis with assignments up to a maximum of 40%.
Your Tasks
- Resource-oriented care and support of residents
- Promotion and support of residents in everyday activities
- Performing medical-technical tasks according to training level and competencies
- Working in early, late and night shifts in all five retirement centres
Your Profile
- Completed training as Qualified Nurse (HF/FH), Health Specialist (EFZ), Care Specialist (EFZ) or SRK Nursing Assistants and Care Assistants
- At least 2 years of professional experience, for SRK Nursing Assistants and Care Assistants at least 4 years of professional experience
- Independent, resilient, flexible and responsible personality
- Enjoyment of assignments in different residential groups
- Very good oral and written German skills
