The KPP-5 ward of the Centre for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (ZPPS) is a specialised ward focusing on the treatment of patients (between 18 and 65 years old) with a psychiatric illness and complex psychosocial challenges, with an emphasis on recovery and psychosocial needs.

We are looking for you to start immediately or by arrangement as

• Administrative tasks related to patients as well as support for the ward management
• Handling email and telephone enquiries
• Carrying out medical-technical duties
• Updating patient data in the clinical information system (ORBIS) and other software applications
• Supporting the induction of new employees according to internal ward guidelines
• Recording and processing data for quality control
• Main responsibility for ordering and logistical tasks within the ward as well as primary contact person for system-relevant interfaces
• Taking minutes at meetings

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Health Professional, preferably with experience in practice administration
• Empathetic attitude when dealing with people in crisis situations
• Proficiency in common Office applications
• Organisational talent with attention to the overall result
• Networked thinking and an independent working style
• Resilience and reliability
• Team spirit and enthusiasm for multiprofessional collaboration
• High service orientation towards internal and external customers
