Your tasks
- Independent planning and coordination of daily care and support assignments taking into account client needs and available personnel resources
- Creation and optimisation of deployment and route plans
- Flexible adjustment of deployment planning in case of short-term changes, staff absences and urgent requests
- Receiving and processing telephone enquiries from clients, relatives and employees
- Close cooperation with the nursing management and care teams
- Maintenance and updating of client and employee data in the electronic planning system
- Completion of administrative and organisational tasks
What you bring
- You have a commercial education or a business school qualification
- Experience in the home care sector is an advantage
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of Perigon
- You bring solid professional experience and a flair for all administrative tasks
- You have already gained experience in scheduling, preferably for care assignments, or you are motivated to familiarise yourself with this dynamic and interesting area of responsibility
- You have very good communication and organisational skills
- You are team- and service-oriented
- You have an IT affinity and find it easy to work with digital tools
