Job DescriptionYou will take on relief and emergency assignments in various care institutions in the Bern and Solothurn region.- You support and care for residents or patients according to your training and experience.
- You work with the respective care team and record important observations and information.
- For sitters, you are there for the assigned person, provide security and inform the nursing staff of any changes.
- Training as a care assistant SRK, FaGe EFZ or qualified nursing professional HF/FH – or an equivalent recognition in Switzerland.
- No nursing training is required for sitters. You are attentive, reliable and responsible.
- You treat people with respect and empathy.
- You are flexible and open to assignments in different institutions and care areas.
- Good knowledge of German and a reliable working style.
