Project Management Construction & Architecture 80-100%

In this diverse expert role, you plan, calculate, advise, coordinate, and accompany construction projects. Your tasks range from consulting as a construction specialist in exhibition projects to creating feasibility studies and planning and realising construction projects. You are responsible for the following main tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the planning, control, and realisation of construction and architecture projects (schedule, costs, quality)
• Preparation of preliminary project assessments and feasibility studies for various internal stakeholders
• Acting as the client representative vis-à-vis external authorities, partners, and planners
• Ensuring compliance with building law, safety-related, and quality standards
• Strategic further development of the built infrastructure in line with corporate goals as well as responsibility for the preparation, execution, and support of architectural and project competitions

You are a decisive and assertive personality with organisational talent and a strategic as well as precise working style. You also bring the following:

• Technical training or a completed degree in architecture or civil engineering, with several years of professional experience in tenders and awards
• Knowledge of relevant approval and planning regulations, laws, ordinances, and standards
• High technical and design understanding of details as well as proficiency in handling CAD software (Vectorworks 2D/3D)
• Strong awareness of deadlines, costs, and quality
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style as well as confident appearance
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
