To complement our Bus & Trolley division, we are looking for a process-oriented Project Manager for the Process Improvement team. Are you technically skilled, process-oriented and experienced in an industrial environment? Then you are a perfect fit for us! As a Project Manager in the Process Improvement team, you contribute to continuously improving quality and punctuality in our bus production through the use of lean management methods. With your know-how and experience, you actively help ensure that electric buses continue to be built to the highest standards at the Bellach site and in our second assembly plant in Portugal.

Your Tasks

• Development and implementation of lean production in bus assembly
• Leadership and participation in projects to realise smoother processes in the various production groups
• Ensuring higher efficiency in bus assembly through process changes and optimisations
• Optimisation of the material flow concept in coordination with materials management
• Embedding workplace organisation according to the 5S model
• Implementation of lean production at our production site in Portugal
• Project-related work in Portugal (travel share 30-60%)
  

Our Requirements

• Completed vocational training in industry
• Further training in process technology
• Several years of professional and project management experience
• Good language skills in German and English (Portuguese an advantage)
• Willingness for regular business trips to Portugal
• Production- and process-oriented personality
• Resilience and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to learn new things
