Orif is present in French-speaking Switzerland with 10 training sites and more than 560 employees. As part of the development of activities within the city of Porrentruy, we are looking for:

A Social Worker at 40-60%

Mission:

• Support beneficiaries in their training and professional integration projects
• Work in connection and network with the institutional environment according to the framework prescribed by our clients
• Ensure the psychosocial follow-up and support of our beneficiaries (minors and adults) received for observation, evaluation or training
• Participate in the implementation of individualised socio-professional projects
• Organise network meetings with family or partners
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Prepare and participate in summaries with our clients
• Participate in the creation and facilitation of workshops related to support for professional integration
• Write reports for our clients

Profile and skills:

• Training as a social worker (educator, social assistant) recognised HES or equivalent qualification
• Experience in supporting neurodevelopmental disorders and mental health issues
• Confirmed professional experience in a similar role desired
• In-depth knowledge of the local associative fabric and network institutions
• Ability to work and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
• Good writing skills and very good command of IT tools
• Ability to analyse complex psychosocial situations
• Aptitude to meet the requirements of placing services
• Autonomous and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset
• Sense of organisation and priorities
• Communication skills, collaborative work orientation and strong team spirit
