Your tasks

In Onsite Support

• First / Second Level Support
• Using our ticket tool, you independently analyse, resolve and document faults in the areas of: hardware (PC, notebook, monitors, printers, scanners), software (Windows, MS Office and other application software products) and mobiles and tablets
• Remote support for our users using ConnectWise
• Installing, replacing and dismantling IT workstations
• Participation in projects and relocations

At the Service Desk

• Supporting users with IT concerns
• Analysing, resolving and documenting ICT problems
• Recording and classifying requests and faults in the ticketing system
• Forwarding fault reports and questions to the responsible department and monitoring fault resolution

What you bring with you

• Completed compulsory schooling
• Good secondary school reports at level E or M
• Minimum age of 16 years at the start of training
• Good performance in mathematics and English
• Logical and abstract thinking ability
• Quick comprehension and ability to combine information
• Enjoyment in dealing with people
• Technical skill and interest in computers
• Patience and willingness to learn
