For our Modernisation division of Buildings (Structural Engineering) in the Zurich region, we are looking for you as a competent and assertive Planning Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you lead the entire planning process as the representative of the general contractor Implenia together with internal and external planners – from detailed planning to project completion. Furthermore, you provide advisory support in project planning and assist the construction management throughout the entire realisation phase. Your place of employment is our headquarters "Connect" in Opfikon. Your workplace will predominantly be with the project team at the construction site office.
Your responsibilities:
- Leadership and coordination of the entire planning team as well as chairing and minute-taking of planner meetings
- Management of the planning process from detailed planning to execution including scheduling, coordination with authorities and compliance with requirements
- Ensuring plan quality and adherence to objectives regarding architecture, functionality, costs, quality and deadlines
- Supporting the overall project management of the general contractor and construction in all planning-related matters including interface management
- Managing optimisations, project changes and sample selections including change management and integration into planning
- Contract, supplementary claim and risk management for planners as well as enforcement of revision planning and final documentation
What makes you successful:
- Completed studies as an architect or civil engineer (ETH/FH) or equivalent qualification with relevant further training
- Several years of professional experience in planning or project management of general contractor projects, ideally in refurbishment or modernisation environments
- Sound knowledge of SIA standards, planning-relevant building legislation and experience in authority coordination
- Proven strength in leading interdisciplinary planning teams, interface, schedule and quality management
- Structured, assertive personality with strong communication and decision-making skills as well as very good German language skills
