The BSA (Operations and Safety Equipment) department ensures the safe operation of our motorway infrastructure. We operate technical systems and IT infrastructure in 30 tunnels and along 250 km of motorway. With us, you will not find an ordinary "job", but a varied role in a critical infrastructure. Due to growing technical requirements, we are expanding our team to further develop systems and meet new challenges.
Your tasks
- Monitoring our IT systems and ensuring reliable operation
- Contact person for 1st-level support and assistance with technical issues
- Managing the team mailbox as well as independently processing and coordinating enquiries
- Close collaboration within the team and active shaping of everyday work
- After thorough training, you will expand your tasks by participating in the on-call service (approximately every 6 weeks)
Your profile
- Initiative, solution-oriented working style and enjoyment in taking responsibility
- Team-oriented personality who enjoys working with others and pursuing common goals
- Technical training in IT, electrical, telematics or automation fields (e.g. higher technical college qualification or vocational diploma with corresponding further training or professional experience)
- Interest in technical contexts and motivation to continuously develop the acquired BSA expertise
