Our linear guides, measuring systems, racks, linear tables, and positioning systems are extremely important components of machines and systems used to manufacture mobile phones, computers, screens, solar systems, and medical devices. You keep delivery dates, orders, and material availability under control and as an operational buyer in the systems area ensure that our production is always optimally supplied.

Your area of responsibility

• Ensuring timely material procurement and material availability
• Scheduling and order processing in SAP including deadline monitoring
• Communication and coordination with suppliers as well as internal interfaces
• Obtaining, checking, and awarding of quotations
• Handling deviations and complaints as well as maintaining master data
• Participation in the continuous optimisation of purchasing processes

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical basic training with further education as a purchasing specialist, technical buyer, technician HF or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in operational purchasing or in material scheduling
• Very good SAP user knowledge, ideally in the MM module and confident handling of Microsoft Office
• Experience in cooperation with suppliers and internal interfaces
• Experience in supply chain management
• German and English C1
• Strong communication and coordination skills as well as confident appearance towards internal and external contacts
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high sense of responsibility
• Flexibility, willingness to learn and openness to change as well as enjoyment of working at diverse interfaces
