On behalf of our client, a Swiss fiduciary placing artificial intelligence and digitalisation at the heart of its activities, we are looking for a Junior Software Architect.

Within a technological team of five people, you will support the CTO on software architecture projects, AI agents, and automation. You will benefit from personalised support to develop your skills and gradually take on more responsibilities. Your curiosity and ability to understand business needs will take precedence over your coding skills.

The position is offered as a 100% permanent contract, with four days of remote work per week and one day in the offices in Geneva. The start date is planned for April 2027.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the CTO in the design, analysis, and evolution of the internal solutions architecture.
• Understand user needs and fiduciary processes to contribute to solutions adapted to business challenges.
• Participate in the development and improvement of tools integrating AI agents and automation mechanisms.
• Explore different technical approaches, evaluate their advantages and limitations, and propose well-argued alternatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams, product stakeholders, and users to build useful and reliable tools.
• Contribute to infrastructure, support, and continuous improvement of the technological environment.
• Document solutions and technical choices to facilitate their understanding and maintenance.
• Gradually become autonomous and eventually take over some of the CTO’s responsibilities regarding software architecture.

We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria:

• You are starting your professional career or have 0 to 2 years of experience in a technical field.
• You have a foundation in computer science and a strong interest in software architecture, artificial intelligence, and agent-assisted development approaches.
• You know how to analyse a problem, ask the right questions, and consider trade-offs between several solutions.
• You are curious, proactive, and passionate about technology, with a genuine desire to experiment and learn.
• You are attentive and enjoy interacting with users to understand their needs.
• You dare to constructively challenge a proposal and defend your reasoning with openness.
• You have a product mindset and wish to apply your technical skills to real-world problems.
• You show an interest in numbers and are ready to invest in learning fiduciary professions.
• Your potential and achievements matter more than your degree: an atypical background, personal projects, a portfolio, or a GitHub profile are welcome.
• You are fluent in French; English is an asset.
• You reside in Switzerland and can attend the offices in Geneva once a week.
