To support the Tax Collection department, we are looking for reinforcement from 1 December 2026 to 31 December 2027.

Tasks
- You check and process tax data (tax assessment notifications) of natural and legal persons and ensure that they are correctly transferred into the system.
- In doing so, you also manage the data of all taxpayers as well as the withholding tax offsets for persons subsequently properly taxed.
- You clarify queries by telephone or in writing with taxpayers, their representatives, municipal tax offices or internal specialists.
- In case of uncertainties, you research independently and forward cases correctly if necessary.
- You support application testing and the further development of processes.
- Maintaining internal documentation and contributing to the optimisation of procedures are part of your responsibilities.
Profile
- You have completed commercial training (EFZ).
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form are required; additional languages are a plus.
- You are familiar with MS Office and quickly familiarise yourself with new applications.
- You work accurately, efficiently and independently – even with a high workload.
- You feel comfortable in contact with various interlocutors and communicate respectfully and appropriately, whether by phone or in writing.
- Systemic thinking suits you, you recognise connections and enjoy structured workflows.
