The azb Foundation in Strengelbach is a non-profit organisation that offers supported living, work, training, and integration places to around 400 people with intellectual, physical, or psychological disabilities.

The Vocational Integration department supports individuals in collaboration with the IV offices in their professional integration into the primary labour market. The offer includes early intervention, integration, and vocational measures such as assessment, training, education, and job coaching.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a

Vocational Education Specialist Business & Administration 80 - 100 %

Your tasks are:

• Conducting trial weeks, assessments, commercial training (EFZ, EBA and PrA) and other measures with the assigned insured persons as the case manager
• Promoting professional, methodological, social and self-competence as well as supportive introduction to the requirements of the primary labour market
• Conveying the training content according to the curriculum
• Educational responsibility for commercial training as well as conceptual further development and design of educational offers
• Handling customer orders

Completing administrative tasks and reporting

We are looking for a sociable and creative personality who convinces with commitment, creativity and a pragmatic approach and brings the following profile:

• Empathy and understanding for people with support needs
• Completed vocational training at EFZ level in the commercial field
• Further training: Course for vocational trainers in training companies (40h)
• Good communication skills as well as consulting and negotiation skills
• Confident use of written German and solid IT skills (Office 365)
• French and English skills are an advantage
