Role:
An internationally oriented Swiss technology company specialising in highly precise optical components, assemblies, and systems.
The technologies are used, among others, in the semiconductor industry, medical technology, metrology, as well as in other industrial high-tech applications.

Responsibilities:
You accompany employees and managers as a competent HR contact person and ensure professional support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
From contracts and time tracking to master data and work references, you are responsible for reliable and structured HR administration.
You manage recruitment within your area of responsibility and ensure a positive candidate experience as well as efficient processes.
You support the further development of HR processes and ensure the correct implementation of labour law and internal regulations.
You take responsibility in local and global HR projects, for example in digitalisation, personnel development, or employer branding, and prepare presentations as well as operational implementation steps.
Qualifications:
A commercial education with further training in HR, for example HR administration or HR specialist, forms your foundation.
You bring several years of experience in a comparable HR role.
You work confidently and routinely with SAP, SuccessFactors, and common MS Office applications.
You have good knowledge of Swiss labour law and convince with advisory competence, communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
An independent, structured, and service-oriented working style as well as very good German and English skills complete your profile.
