Role:

• From requirement to solution: You ensure that operational requirements become concrete and functional ERP solutions.

• From the first workshop to go-live: You keep the threads together and coordinate people, processes, and technology.

• Customer focus: You understand what lies behind a requirement, ask the right questions, and find the appropriate solution path together with the technical specialists.

• Project management with groundedness: Clear organisation, early risk detection, and pragmatic decisions are central to your work.

Responsibilities:

• Project initiation: You plan new ERP projects and create a clear structure for implementation.

• Process analysis: You analyse existing workflows and make requirements tangible.

• Solution design: You coordinate the decision between standard, configuration, and individual extension.

• Project control: You keep an eye on deadlines, tasks, resources, and dependencies.

• Customer management: You are the central contact person and guide customers safely through the project.

• Business & IT: You translate business requirements into understandable technical requirements and connect customers with development and other specialists.

• Implementation: You accompany migrations, tests, training, and the go-live.

• Crisis management: You recognise risks early, address problems directly, and get projects back on track even in unexpected situations.

• Sustainability: You draw insights from completed projects and further develop methods and processes.

Qualifications:

• ERP understanding: You are familiar with ERP, inventory management, or comparable business software and understand their significance for operational processes.

• Project experience: You have already led projects or bring experience from ERP, software, or consulting and want to take on responsibility as a project manager.

• Customer orientation: You listen attentively, question requirements, and can communicate solutions comprehensibly.

• Organisation: You can coordinate several topics and contacts in parallel and set the right priorities even in high dynamics.

• Technical understanding: You understand interfaces, data, and software requirements without needing to programme yourself.

• Communication: You can moderate workshops, conduct conversations, and constructively bring together different expectations.

• Self-responsibility: You do not wait for the next assignment but recognise yourself what needs to be done next.

• Pragmatism: You focus on clean organisation and solutions that actually work for the customer.
