About the job

As one of the fastest growing providers of home healthcare, we combine first-class clinical care with operational excellence and modern technology. Families trust us because we respond quickly, advocate for family carers, and work with integrity and reliability.

We believe that people cared for at home deserve a dignified, self-determined life — and that family carers are heroes. That is why we support them with personal care, practical assistance in everyday care, and professional training – and ensure that their valuable work is fairly rewarded.

To further develop our nursing organisation in Switzerland, we are looking for you immediately. We are actively recruiting in the Zurich and Basel regions.

Your tasks

  • You conduct initial appointments with our clients on site and take on the consultation and needs assessment — with the aim of convincing family carers of our offer and actively securing the contract
  • You are the face of our initial appointment team and ensure that our first impression with clients and relatives is professional, empathetic and convincing
  • You quickly capture care situations, make well-founded clinical assessments and initiate the next steps in a structured manner — even without consultation
  • You understand the importance of the care ordinance, prepare it correctly and ensure that the care-relevant basics are properly created
  • You maintain communication with other Spitex organisations and other relevant partners
  • You ensure clear documentation and hand over in a structured manner to the responsible care provider as well as to internal interfaces
  • You independently carry out administrative tasks in the home office

What you bring with you

  • Completed training in nursing at tertiary level (Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH)
  • Professional experience in outpatient care / Spitex — you know the environment and understand what matters
  • Genuine persuasive talent: You win people over warmly, sympathetically and trustworthily
  • Enjoyment in actively gaining relatives for suitable support offers — you take objections sportingly and see them as a challenge
  • Strong, structured communication skills: You get straight to the point concisely
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance — first impressions count
  • Pronounced clinical assessment ability and good powers of observation
  • Entrepreneurial thinking: You act goal-oriented, decide independently and take responsibility
  • High resilience and flexibility in changing situations
  • Confident handling of digital tools
  • Valid driving licence (Category B)

What we offer you

  • Independent work in flat hierarchies
  • Very good pay
  • Statutory holiday entitlement of 25 days per year
  • A dynamic and helpful team
  • An innovative nursing organisation
  • No shift work
