Reception Management

In this role, you ensure a smooth process at the reception with your confident demeanor and organizational talent and significantly shape the company's first impression for the customer. In addition, you take on various administrative tasks and responsibility for another reception staff member.

Your main tasks:

- Leading the reception as well as an additional reception staff member
- Greeting, attending to, and seeing off customers, guests, and visitors
- Ensuring the telephone switchboard, reception inbox, and reservations
- Support in catering for larger events
- Parking management
- Handling administrative tasks

Your profile:

- Basic training in hospitality or commercial field
- Several years of professional experience in the service sector
- Very good language skills in DE/EN (Level C1), any additional language is an advantage
- Solid PC user skills (Office)
- Organizational skills and service-oriented
- Excellent appearance and enjoyment in dealing with people
