Residential Area Manager (m/f) 80-100% with the additional function of Deputy Head of Nursing

Your Task

You professionally and personally lead employees and ensure the care processes of your department (21 residents)
You represent the Head of Nursing in their absence
You lead by example every day and motivate your team to top performance
Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organize the daily care
You ensure the flow of information to the residents, their relatives, and the care team

What You Bring

Training as a certified nursing professional HF / FH or recognized by SRK.
At least 2 years of leadership experience in a similar position, with appropriate training (Leadership or similar)
Experience in long-term care as well as dealing with people with dementia
You have an interest in nursing development and improving care quality
You think economically and have good RAI knowledge
Good IT skills
