Infrastructure Caretaker (m/f/d)

As an infrastructure caretaker (m/f/d), you ensure order, cleanliness and safety through regular inspection rounds on the industrial site and in the properties. You MANAGE the operation: With your organisational skills, you confidently coordinate service providers and internal departments, plan deployments proactively and apply your practical knowledge purposefully to ensure smooth processes and satisfied users.

• Independent provision of infrastructure caretaker services on an industrial site in Baden
• Regular inspection rounds on the site and in the properties to ensure order, cleanliness and safety
• Recording of defects and damages (e.g. floors, walls, windows, gates, outdoor areas) in the ticket system / CAFM
• Ensuring a flawless and well-maintained appearance of the properties and outdoor areas
• Operation of selected building services systems during daily operations (e.g. gates, lighting, barriers)
• Coordination of appointments and accompaniment of external service providers (e.g. electrical, sanitary, painters)
• Support of the technical team with preparations, internal relocations and minor projects
• Willingness to assist with seasonal deployments (e.g. winter service, storms)

• Completed vocational training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ (focus on building services) or comparable manual training with at least 5 years of experience in building maintenance
• Professional experience in infrastructural facility management (IGM), ideally in an industrial or commercial environment
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Reliable, independent and discreet working style in direct view of customers
• Very good manners, well-groomed appearance and strong service orientation
• Good German skills in spoken and written form; basic English skills are an advantage
• Confident use of digital work tools (tablet, smartphone, MS Office / ticket system)
• Valid driving licence category B (category BE / forklift licence is an advantage)
