The Wetzikon School
is one of the largest elementary schools in the Zurich Oberland and is easily accessible by public transport. Every day, more than 500 motivated teachers and specialists in ten schools dedicate themselves to the education of children and young people to prepare them for the future. School Special Education Teacher Primary or Experienced Teacher with 58 - 60 %

At the Guldisloo School Building we are looking for as of December 1, 2025, or by arrangement a

Employment level: 58 - 60 % with 16 weekly lessons teaching two 4th grade classes
The workload can be extended by 3 weekly lessons of gifted education (municipal).


As a committed teacher, it is important to you to build a good relationship with the students and to promote them in a competence-oriented manner. Strengthening independence is central to you. You have natural authority and lead the students lovingly, clearly, and consistently. You have a quick grasp and can react flexibly to teaching situations. Do you already have a diploma as a specialist in school special education recognized in the canton of Zurich, or are you willing to develop in this direction or simply try it out? We are happy to support you in getting started and accompany you during any training in school special education. We look forward to meeting you!

Your new school
The Guldisloo School is located in the center of Wetzikon and is surrounded by a spacious outdoor area. Over 340 students of various backgrounds attend the two double kindergartens, the 12 primary school classes, and the DaZ reception class. A dedicated team of over 60 staff members is committed to the well-being of the children. The prevention program Denk-Wege and the solution-oriented approach LOA form the cornerstones of the educational attitude. The "Guldi General Assembly" enables students to participate in everyday school life.
