Context and why we are recruiting?
The Centre for Cybersecurity engages multiple public, private and civil society stakeholders through various channels including event participation and communications. We are hiring a Community Specialist to successfully manage the overall Centre for Cybersecurity’s relationship with partners and growth of the Centre’s Partner base. The candidate will therefore play a key role in ensuring internal collaboration with business teams and external collaboration with private partners to ensure a strong and impactful engagement in the Centre’s activities.
Reporting line and how is this role embedded in the wider team?
The Community Specialist will report to the Lead for Initiatives and Communities of the Centre for Cybersecurity. The candidate will also work closely with the Centre colleagues, and other relevant counterparts across the Forum, to drive the engagement of partners, both public and private in the various activities of the Centre for Cybersecurity, including the initiatives, the Annual Meeting on Cybersecurity, the global Cybersecurity Outlook report and the CISO Community.
What will you be responsible for?
Manage and activate the partner ecosystem

Support the day-to-day management of the partner portfolio, maintaining structured engagement plans, trackers and contact records.

Connect partners to relevant Centre activities, including initiatives, communities and events, to ensure active participation.

Track commitments, engagement, and opportunities across partners: prioritises partner engagement by identifying where to focus efforts and where re-engagement is required. Anticipate engagement needs and proactively plan partner touchpoints and follow-ups.

Ensure partner satisfaction by scheduling regular feedback sessions, identifying and reviewing areas of interest.

Drive the invitation process for partners for the Annual Meeting on Cybersecurity to ensure the curation of a compelling attendance.

Coordinate the bilateral meeting process with partners during key events.
Enable partner growth and outreach

Identify relevant organisations to engage as potential partners and maintain a pipeline of prospects.

Collaborate with internal teams (business engagement, regional teams, and other stakeholders) to drive partner acquisition efforts.

Prepare background materials, briefings, and coordinate outreach activities
Monitor and analyse partner engagement

Maintain up-to-date data on partner engagement across the portfolio, including participation and activity levels.

Produce regular snapshots of engagement (e.g. actively engaged, less engaged, inactive partners).

Flag partners requiring re-engagement or increased attention.

Provide structured inputs and insights to support prioritisation and decision-making.
Support the delivery of the CISO Community

Coordinate the end-to-end logistics of the CISO Community, including scheduling, invitations, and attendance tracking.

Ensure smooth execution of meetings (virtual and in-person) and track follow-ups.
What core knowledge, skills and experience are we looking to add to our team?
Domain Knowledge and Experience
-
Approximately 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role and field

Experience in a relevant organisation in cybersecurity or technology-related domains is an advantage

In account management, stakeholder engagement, business development or other relevant roles.

Master’s degree in a relevant subject

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage

Excellent verbal and written language skills in English; other languages are an asset
