Certified Nursing Specialist HF 50-100% Night Shift

Your area of responsibility:

• You take professional responsibility for the medical and nursing care of our residents
• You recognise changes early and initiate appropriate measures
• You manage even complex nursing and care situations safely and professionally
• You actively shape the nursing process from assessment through planning to evaluation
• You ensure seamless and comprehensible documentation
• You contribute your ideas and professional skills and develop our nursing quality together with the team
• You are an important contact person for residents, relatives and employees

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF
• Professional experience in the stated role with experience in night shifts
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Empathy and strong social skills
• Independent, reliable and professional working style
• High sense of responsibility, decision-making ability and flexibility
