ERP Consultant Order Management (m/f/d)
Role:
For a growing consulting company in the ERP environment, a customer-oriented personality is sought who enjoys analysing business processes and efficiently mapping them with modern ERP solutions. The focus is on processes around sales, purchasing, warehousing, and order processing.
You will accompany customer projects from the initial analysis through conception and system configuration to successful implementation. In doing so, you combine business understanding with technical affinity and increasingly develop into an independent contact person for your customers.
Responsibilities:
Support ERP implementations with a focus on order processing and related business processes
Analyse existing workflows and develop efficient and practical solution concepts
Configure and parameterise the ERP solution according to individual customer requirements
Plan and coordinate projects from conception to go-live
Create documentation and conduct user training
Support existing customers and advise on optimisations and further developments
Qualifications:
Education or degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science, or a comparable qualification
High IT affinity and good understanding of complex business and system processes
Initial experience in ERP consulting, process analysis, or software implementation is an advantage
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with strong customer focus
Enjoyment of consulting, project work, and independently familiarising yourself with new topics and modules
Very good German skills as well as willingness for occasional customer assignments in the Northwest Switzerland region
