Your new field of activity

You will cover the following tasks in our lively projects:

• Responsibility for execution planning
• Maintaining contact with project participants such as architects, planners and clients
• Technical advice during execution
• Preparation of detailed supplementary offers with sales support
• Supplementary claim management and contract conclusion
• Independent manager of assigned projects, adherence to budget and schedule targets
• Organiser and hub for assembly personnel, suppliers and clients
• Budget responsibility and commercial control of the work performed

What you bring with you

First of all, we are looking for a professional who sees themselves as a doer and wants to bring projects to success with enthusiasm and the necessary customer orientation.

• Basic craft training with commercial further education or commercial training and technical flair
• Proven success as a project manager in the construction or construction-related business is an advantage
• Basic understanding of business management contexts, especially in project business
• Precise, reliable working method and entrepreneurial thinking
• Organisational talent
• Good user knowledge of MS Office
• French language skills are an advantage
