Employee Tool Maintenance 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a tool maintenance employee who is responsible for the upkeep and repair of production tools. The goal is to meet the production requirements regarding perfectly functioning and timely prepared production tools.

Your tasks include:

• Maintenance and repair of production tools after production ends according to final shot control and maintenance sheet

• Maintenance and repair of removal grippers after production ends

• Independent execution of all maintenance work according to work instructions, carrying out repairs as far as possible independently

• Optimisation of production tools to reduce reject rates and susceptibility to faults

• Active participation in continuous improvement processes

• Implementation of required measures to achieve departmental goals (KPI)

• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the department

• Compliance with applicable general and machine-specific regulations

• Observance and adherence to the various regulations of the quality management system

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed apprenticeship or training as a polymechanic or equivalent professional experience

• Good German skills, spoken and written

• Basic MS Office knowledge

• Good technical understanding

• Manual dexterity

• High endurance and concentration ability

• Good manners and ability to work in a team

• Resilience and independent working style

• Initiative

• Willingness to work shifts
