Reception and Administration Staff (m/f) 100%

You enjoy approaching people and have a natural sense of hospitality? With your friendly and attentive manner, you ensure that customers and guests feel welcome with us.

Specifically

The reception and personal care of our customers and guests are at the centre of your duties. In a two-person team, you operate the telephone switchboard, prepare meeting rooms, and organise coffee, drinks, or catering during visits. In addition, you handle the mail, the general email inbox, and other administrative tasks. After training, you will also take on clearly defined deputy tasks in administration and accounting as well as the management of office supplies.

Qualification

Commercial or comparable training as well as experience in reception or administrationVery good German skills, good English skills, and French skills are an advantageFriendly and well-groomed appearance, strong service orientation, and enjoyment in contact with peopleStructured, reliable, and discreet working style, a good flair for numbers, and confident handling of Microsoft 365
