Professional Firefighter Fixed-Term Contract (12-24 months)You will ensure the safety of the Monthey industrial park and its surroundings, as part of the first response team of the professional firefighter corps.
Specificity of the role: the holder must reside or commit to residing within 30 minutes of the site. This is a position with shift work.
- An open and dynamic personality with very good stress resistance
- A Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical or chemical field
- Basic firefighter training course
- Respiratory apparatus carrier training course and currently active in the field
- Several years of experience in intervention engagements
- Heavy vehicle driving licence C1-118 or C
- Experience in the healthcare sector (would be an advantage)
- Experience in an engagement centre (would be an advantage)
- Ability to work in teams (during 24-hour shifts on site)
- Excellent physical condition meeting the requirements of periodic SUVA tests
- Health status compliant with FSSP recommendations and certified by an internal medical examination
- A clean criminal record will be required for this position
