Role:
IT infrastructures are constantly evolving, and this is exactly where your work as a Windows System Engineer comes in. Customer mandates in the support area are in your hands, and you use state-of-the-art technologies as well as AI-supported solutions. You combine technical expertise with a strong sense of customer needs. New ideas for further developing the service offering are always welcome. A touch of humour must not be missing.
Responsibilities:
You independently take on support mandates and ensure first-class customer care.
Together with experienced colleagues or independently, you plan and implement innovative IT infrastructures in Windows environments.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues are also part of your responsibilities.
As a competent contact person, you support customers both on-site and remotely.
You regularly exchange ideas within your team to find solutions for demanding challenges.
In addition, you contribute your own ideas to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in computer science or have a comparable qualification.
You have several years of experience supporting external customer environments.
You are confident and experienced in working with Microsoft environments.
Virtualisation solutions such as VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V are well known to you.
You understand the basics of network technology and apply this knowledge practically.
In addition, you impress with a careful working style, team spirit and business-fluent German skills.
