Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalisations: from birth to old age, Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with around 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practised within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for a:
Chief Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist (M/F) at 80-100%
Starting from October 2026.

YOU HAVE
- A Bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy or occupational therapy HES, or an equivalent title recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
- Training in management or proven experience in team leadership.
- Solid clinical experience in a hospital or institutional environment.
- Experience in team management and/or project management, or the desire to invest in such activities.
- Recognised leadership, combined with the ability to unite, support and accompany teams in the evolution of their practices.
- A strong collaborative spirit, dynamism and the ability to drive development projects.
- Rigor, excellent organisational skills and good priority management in a constantly evolving environment.
- Ease in interpersonal relations, constructive and appropriate communication, as well as good analytical skills.
- A marked patient- and solution-oriented approach.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Organise and coordinate the activities of the service.
- Supervise, support and develop the skills of the team.
- Ensure the quality, continuity and development of therapeutic services.
- Promote collaboration with medical, nursing teams and internal and external partners.
- Participate in monitoring human, material and budgetary resources.
- Contribute to improvement projects and service development.
- Advance professional practices and interdisciplinary collaboration, in connection with the Nursing Directorate.
- Ensure the smooth running of the service in a context of evolving activity.
