Introduction

For an established company in the Thun region, we are looking for an experienced individual as an HR Business Partner to start immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Advising and supporting managers on all HR matters
• Assistance with labour law issues
• Participation in HR projects and further development of processes
• Support in the areas of personnel development and HR controlling
• Active involvement in shaping modern HR solutions and change processes

Profile

• Further training as a personnel specialist with a professional certificate or comparable higher HR qualification (CAS, MAS, EMBA)
• Alternatively, a business degree with a focus on Human Resources
• Several years of experience in HR
• Sound knowledge of labour law and operational HR processes
• Independent, proactive and solution-oriented working style
• High willingness to learn and enthusiasm for change
• Experience in healthcare is an advantage
