In a young and lively team, you will support installers and end customers with technical questions and problems related to our products. With your expertise, solution orientation, and enjoyment of customer contact, you will make an important contribution to a first-class customer experience. Teamwork is highly valued here.

What you will achieve with us

• you competently support our installers and end customers by phone with technical concerns in the customer service area
• you analyse technical issues and assist our customers with telephone problem-solving
• you help our service dispatch with complex cases to handle customer concerns efficiently and sustainably
• you reliably monitor the systems of our contract customers via remote diagnosis
• you advise our customers on optimisation questions regarding STIEBEL ELTRON products

What you bring with you

• you have a basic technical education (preferably in heating, electrical or building services engineering) with basic commercial knowledge
• fluent German skills as well as knowledge of Italian are mandatory
• you understand technical matters without difficulty
• resilience and an efficient working style are among your strengths
• you can deal professionally with demanding customers
• thanks to your flexibility, you are equally comfortable working independently and in a team
