About the job
Our specialized competence center supports people with special support needs on their way to education, qualification, and work. We offer individual assessments, practical training, and tailored training programs that are oriented towards the skills, interests, and potentials of the participants. The goal is to prepare young people with psychological burdens as best as possible for sustainable professional integration – with heart, expertise, and a strong network.
To strengthen our team in the Social Pedagogical Housing department, we are looking for employees as of August 1, 2025 or by arrangement
Social Pedagogue (45% or 85% workload)
The 85% workload can also be shared between two people at about 45% each.
In our various social pedagogical housing forms, participants are supported in their own efforts to develop their social and personal skills. We accompany them in the challenges associated with the diverse demands of the workplace, vocational training, and everyday life management.
Your Tasks
- Management and responsibility of a fully supervised residential group
- Individual support of a maximum of 5 residents aged between 16 and 20 according to the concept (key worker approach)
- Individual and group discussions (e.g., weekly group evening)
- Cooking together, household management
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
- Organizing leisure activities
- Administrative tasks (record keeping, small accounting, status assessments, etc.)
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- Sunday evening duty from 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. every 6 weeks
You Bring
- Degree in Social Work HF/FH or in psychiatric nursing
- Professional experience in residential youth work and/or with people with psychological impairments aged 16 to 20
- Resilience and high flexibility
- Kind, empathetic, resource- and solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Independent and responsible work with a sense of humor
- Driver's license category B optional
