In this role, you are the link between purchasing and production. You ensure that production has the necessary material available at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right price. You carry out your tasks in close cooperation with strategic purchasing, suppliers, other plants within the group, and local production planning.

• Supply the plant with the necessary material
• Disposition of the assigned material groups (MG)
• Monitor availability and stock levels of the assigned MG
• Create orders and call off quantity contracts
• Close cooperation with production planning
• Maintain contacts with suppliers and internal contacts
• Handle changes and inspection reports with suppliers

• Technical basic training in metal, plastics processing or electrical engineering
• Further training as a technical merchant, purchasing specialist or similar
• Professional experience in industrial purchasing
• Experience in production planning is an advantage
• High service and customer orientation
• Good user knowledge of Office 365 / SAP MM; S4/HANA
• Confident German, good English skills (at least B1)

• French skills are an advantage
