About the job

What you can achieve

You efficiently manage goods disposition as well as order processing in a timely and results-oriented manner
You ensure a constant supply of goods in our distribution centres
Through optimal planning and monitoring of delivery dates, you actively contribute to high delivery readiness
In case of delivery bottlenecks, you proactively coordinate with our suppliers and procure suitable alternative products
You create well-founded order forecasts, taking seasonal fluctuations into account
You consistently implement disposition strategies and work purposefully towards achieving our operational goals
Maintaining and updating master data in the ERP system is also part of your daily routine
In close cooperation with purchasing, customer service and other internal departments, you ensure smooth processes

What you bring with you

Commercial basic training or training as a pharmaceutical assistant or druggist with commercial further education
Further training in purchasing is an advantage
Practical experience in operational purchasing as well as good knowledge of procurement processes
A responsible, team-oriented personality with healthy assertiveness
Independent, careful working style, quick comprehension and a pronounced flair for numbers
Good MS Office skills as well as experience with SAP
