You will support us with the following tasks
- Coordination and handling of daily business between aviation clients and insurers
- Processing of oral and written enquiries as well as support of administrative processes in the event of a claim
- Customer care as well as preparation of offers and certificates in the aviation sector
- Management of our framework agreements in aviation
- Assistance with innovative and customer-specific insurance solutions in the aviation customer segment

- A commercial basic training with a federal certificate of competence (broker or insurance) or experience in the aviation sector
- Interest in aviation topics and the associated insurance contracts
- Initiative, independent, efficient and careful working style

- Your proficient use of MS Office and quick grasp of the system landscape
- Fluent German and French skills; English is an advantage
