What are the tasks awaiting you?
- Partner in compliance, risk and legal matters as well as preparation of decision-making bases and ad-hoc reports
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements (including contract and foundation law as well as data protection law)
- Advising departments on compliance, risk and legal issues
- Responsibility for ensuring and coordinating data protection foundation-wide as well as contact person for internal and external concerns
- Further development of internal processes and monitoring of the internal control system (ICS) as well as risk management including assessment of controls and audits
- Coordination of audits and reporting as well as cooperation with external bodies (e.g. supervisory authorities, legal advisors, foundation supervision)
- Ensuring governance, data quality and central processes (e.g. contract management, master data, access rights)
What profile do you bring?
- Completed commercial or legal training, ideally with further education in compliance or (business) law as well as data protection
- Several years of professional experience in compliance, data protection, internal audit or a comparable function
- Sound knowledge of Swiss legislation as well as relevant regulatory requirements
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style with high flexibility, integrity and discretion
- Strong communication skills and ability to prepare complex topics appropriately for the audience (executive management/foundation board)
- High personal responsibility, accuracy, independent working style, entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality and ownership mentality
- Experience in the NPO environment is an advantage
