Tasks

• Within the framework of assigned key persons with a focus on psychiatric illnesses, you are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and adjusting the nursing process as well as delegating tasks to employees of other competence levels.
• You perform nursing and medical-technical tasks, mainly in complex unstable situations in the psychiatric long-term care sector.
• You advise and support residents and relatives during illness and crises.
• You take on daily responsibility in the department.
• You contribute to the development of departmental goals to ensure quality and collaboration.

Profile

• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to think holistically, high resilience and willingness to embrace new challenges
• Excellent organisational skills with precise working methods
• Enthusiasm for independent work combined with team spirit and commitment
• Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad as well as professional experience in psychiatric long-term care or equivalent psychiatric nursing training
• A warm and humorous basic attitude with a strong focus on people

The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 85,228 to CHF 113,882 (100%) depending on experience.
