Internal Sales Team Member (Sales Coordination)

Main Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for demanding administrative tasks such as creating assortment lists, offers, and promotions for our key accounts
• You will take on coordinating tasks as a hub between internal departments, customers, and suppliers
• You will prepare evaluations and sales statistics and calculate sales prices
• You will prepare extensive quotations for key accounts and specialised trade
• You will make important changes in the ERP system
• General commercial activities
• Participation in projects
• Assistance in training commercial apprentices (practical training)

Your Profile

• You have completed a commercial basic education; further training in sales is an advantage
• You can demonstrate several years of practical professional experience in a comparable role in internal sales
• You have solid knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP systems
• You possess strong analytical skills and a high numerical understanding
• You have very good German skills (spoken and written) and ideally bring French or Italian language skills
• Your working style is responsible, customer-oriented, and independent
• You appreciate contact with colleagues, customers, and business partners

• The sales department includes the sub-areas of customer service, internal sales, merchandising, field sales, and key account management and consists of around 35 people in total
