Since 2025, Christian Cavegn AG has been part of STEF Switzerland and the STEF Group. Together, we have a national transport network as well as the corresponding logistics infrastructure for the storage and picking of temperature-controlled products.

Together, we offer producers and retailers a complete range of services in the field of temperature-controlled food logistics.

To strengthen our team in Basel, we are looking for a committed and motivated individual as a Customer Advisor (m/f/d).

Your tasks

• Receiving customer enquiries and complaints regarding transport orders
• Conducting internal clarifications with dispatch, warehouse and drivers
• Processing customer concerns and appropriately entering them into our network
• Supporting the team and internal clarifications
• Administrative support for dispatchers in daily business
• Administrative support in the area of THM management and container accounting
• Deputising within both teams

Your profile

• Commercial training with professional experience
• Experience in logistics and THM is an advantage
• Very good German skills and preferably French and/or Italian
