Retro Train Host / Retro Train Hostess

The Retro Train runs according to a defined schedule, only on weekends and for a few events during the week. The service lasts between 7 and 10 hours and takes place on Friday evening, Saturday noon and evening, as well as Sunday noon. As a host/hostess on the Retro Train, you create an immersive and memorable experience for the customers through authentic service and atmosphere.

Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• You have completed your compulsory schooling and have experience in service or sales
• You are available to work on weekends according to a defined schedule
• Your customer orientation and taste for human contact are among your strengths
• You enjoy teamwork and demonstrate good physical endurance
• You work proactively and have good stress management
• As a native French speaker, you ideally have good oral knowledge of German and/or English
• You are comfortable using an iPad touchscreen tablet

Do these tasks inspire you? In this position, you work according to your availability, taking care of the following main tasks:

• You participate in the preparation of the Retro Train as well as in the supply and loading of goods
• You welcome customers on board
• You serve meals and drinks during the journey
• You accompany customers while ensuring compliance with various safety regulations related to the railway sector
• You ensure the cleaning of dishes, tables, and floors as well as the tidying up of used equipment
