At the service centre in Rothenburg LU, around 70 employees work in the areas of organisation, finance, personnel, infrastructure and maintenance, food & beverage, marketing, decoration and IT, living a warm, lively corporate culture.

As Head of Decoration 100%, you will be a valuable part of our Remimag family from spring 2027 or by arrangement.

Your day with us:

• Professional and personnel management (including team leadership) of the 6-member decoration team
• Planning and coordination of decorations inside and outside our approximately 24 gastronomy and hotel establishments
• Purchasing the required materials such as fresh flowers, plants and hard goods, and being responsible for the budget.
• You prepare quotes for guest decorations and are responsible for the implementation of orders
• You make our establishments shine with creative, seasonal decorations and implement the respective business concepts in close cooperation with marketing
• Responsibility for planning the team’s tour and deployment schedule in collaboration with the team leadership
• Active participation in the design and implementation of decorations
• You attend cross-departmental meetings and contribute your ideas and expertise
• Processing of hard goods and natural materials into attractive decorations
• You create the tour plan in collaboration with the team leadership
• You regularly check the visual appearance of our establishments and ensure its quality
• Responsibility for inventory management
• Administrative tasks

How you fit with us:

• Completed training as a 3D poly designer / decoration designer EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in the design field
• Experience in interior architecture is an advantage
• Leadership experience
• Independent planning and implementation of projects are among your strengths, you confidently read construction plans, calculate decoration and design projects and prepare quotes
• You research suitable products and materials and take over purchasing for the interior and exterior areas
• Creative, organised and solution-oriented personality
• You have an eye for detail, a "knack" for the fine and can still handle hammer and screwdriver
• You bring new creative inputs and trends in cooperation with management
• Handy and versatile
• Service-oriented, communicative and resilient
• You are the central contact person for management, guests, customers, employees and external partners and ensure smooth information flow.
• Top fit and in possession of a category B driving licence
• Experience in interior fittings, design or home textiles is an advantage
• Good PC skills and organisational talent
