Logistics Team Leader, 80%

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist EFZ or similar education
• Proven leadership experience
• Willingness to engage with and further educate yourself in work pedagogy topics
• Experience in customer contact is an advantage
• Good knowledge in using warehouse management software
• Good German language skills, spoken and written

• Co-leadership, guidance, and support of a team of about ten employees with psychological or physical impairments according to work pedagogical principles
• Oral and written communication with our customers
• Coordination and control of customer orders in collaboration with other departments
