Residential Area Manager Dementia Department (m/f) 80-100%

Your Profile
- We are looking for qualified nursing staff and personnel for care - qualified staff with training in dementia and palliative care, or with work experience in caring for people with dementia and/or psychiatric conditions
- Your basic attitude is appreciative and respectful towards the people entrusted to us
- Your understanding of care and support is resident-centred and oriented to the needs of the people
- You can design everyday-appropriate care offers according to the concepts of biography work
- Your understanding of care is modern and you are familiar with the principles of validation
- We need employees who want to contribute, co-develop, co-design and help drive a new build forward
