Head of Technical Purchasing (m/f/d)
What to expect
- Technical and personnel management of the Technical Purchasing department
- Responsibility for the procurement of technical goods, capital goods and services
- Conducting contract and price negotiations with suppliers and service providers
- Development and maintenance of the supplier portfolio as well as exploration of new sources
- Ensuring cost-, quality- and timely procurement
- Monitoring procurement markets and realising savings potential
- Close cooperation with internal specialist departments
What you bring with you
- Technical basic training with further education in purchasing or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in technical purchasing, preferably in an industrial environment
- Leadership experience as well as strong negotiation and assertiveness skills
- Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
- Good SAP/ERP and MS Office skills
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
